I wish I'd read the reviews befor I paid my money, I also got ripped off £112, I returned the products, used a Royal Mail international tracking number, they received my products and said on the phone I would receive my payment 3-5 working days after they received the product, and surprise surprise, they do not take my calls and do not responde to my e mail. The only way to stop them from charging further amounts from your account is to close your credit card. If you have just ordered a trial package then cancel the order by mail, asap and close your card immediatly.If you phone them first to cancel your oder, they will charge you a large amount seconds later . When you order a trial package, you automatically sign up for further deliveries and they charge you large amounts every month. (read more)

I am agree, a total scam. I returned mine by their return date, when I found out that it wasn't a free trial, as it stated in the documentation. I also clarified what I needed to do with one of their admin staff. I was charged 3 weeks later £75. This is a total scam and not free Please do not use (read more)

If you actually send for this product and Body Cleanse Plus, you will find yourself being charged £112.50 a month plus the original £4.98 for a 30 day "free" trial. Please report immediately to the Office for Fair Trading, Watchdog and other consumer bodies. This company must be STOPPED! I believe the company is registered in the Republic of Ireland, so if someone from there knows the authorities in Ireland, please inform them. The products do not work. firstly this is not a free trial ,initially you will pay post and packing your goods will arrive with only a few days to spare of the founteen day return period.On the fifteenth day your account will be charged they normally will have sent three items,body clense ,slimtone plus and slimtone patches you wil think that the cost of these is £37-50 for a months supply as it will not have been made clear that they are going to charge you for all three £112-50 month.Most people then phone to... Please read terms and conditions of these cowboys carefully! Have, hopefully, managed to cancel my order for both slimtone plus and bodycleanse plus using their automated system. Eventually was able to speak to somebody at the end of the phone to confirm cancellation. I did ask why i was being charged when it was advertised as a free trial. Me too. But managed to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period (having tried the tablets for a few days) and am assured I'm only charged the free trial postage. But sending back the unused tablets (part of the return contract) it cost me over £8 to a PO box in Ireland. I did notice the body cleanse made me more regular but there again you could just take Sennakot for the same results! I'm annoyed I was scammed, but I didn't read the terms and conditions fully before committing. So a lesson learnt.

I agree with all the other writers to this site. Slim Tone Plus and Body Cleanse Plus are a complete and utter scam. In order to stop them taking your money, you have to block and renew your credit card - a hassle but a must. Return the pills if you want -- I'm just putting them back in a postbox, addressed to them, without postage (why should I pay them anything more?) No one should buy this product. They make it increibly difficult to arrange return of products, and do not give confidence that you will not be charged the full amount. You are told you will get a free trial and only pay for postage. This happens and all seems well. What they don not make clear and what is illegible in their small print is that if you do not send the product back within 14 days they will take £75 out of your account for slimtone plus and £37 for the body cleanse. I rang my bank and they are saying that they can't stop any payments to these two companies. I am very desperate now as I really have no ideas what to do!!!! I just found out they charged me the delivery charges of 7 pound!!!! P/s: I cancelled my debit card immediately on the day I ordered (yesterday, Sunday) and they still able to charge me. What should I do???? I did not receive any e-mail from them regarding my order and rang the company. They said it might been shipped out coz i ordered them on Sunday when I said I wanted to cancel. I have also ordered the product and fortunately came across a review on you tube that described the 'scam' so will be cancelling as soon as I can.
You are within your rights to cancel card payments with your bank, inform them that you have cancelled your subscription however it has been brought to your attention that the company still take money from peoples accounts - you need to ensure you say to the bank "I do not authorise payments to this company"
Please see below taken from the FSA (financial service authority) website, I have had to go through this with the bank for another continuous, card payment and they do try to insist that they can not cancel the card payments, again, just make sure you tell them you do not give permission for them to pay this company, I would also follow it up with a letter to the bank (take name, time and date of the person you spoke to) ... it may be a lot of hassle but worth it :-)
Cancelling a regular card payment
When you give your credit or debit card details to a company and authorise them to take regular payments from your account, such as for a gym membership or magazine subscription, it is known as a ‘recurring transaction’ or ‘continuous payment authority’.
These are often confused with direct debits, but do not offer the same guarantee if the amount or date of the payment changes.
In most cases, regular payments can be cancelled by telling the company taking the payments. However, you have the right to cancel them directly with your bank or card issuer by telling it that you have stopped permission for the payments. I have actually purchased two free trial products (Slimtone Plus and Body Cleanse Plus) which was advertised online on Sunday, 4/11/2012. The websites stated that they were actually free of charge and we will only required to pay for the delivery charges. I was tempted and gave my debit card details to them for the shipment. I realize immediately after that this was actually a scam and call my bank immediately to cancel my debit card. They cancel my debit card and I thought it will be fine since they will not get anymore payment from my account and will cancel my order once they notice they can't get the payment. I tried to send them e-mail through online to cancel them. I did not receive any confirmation email or information upon my order. I rang them up immediately on today (5/11/2012) and asked them to check if the shipment has been done so that they might able to cancel it if they weren't. The operator was not informative and said that she can't really check it. She also said that i have place my order yesterday so it's possible for the delivery to take place early morning or today. She said I can cancel it by returning to them within 21 days. I have not receive their products yet and afraid they might delayed the delivery. I saw many reviews and comments of the previous victims and was super worried about it right now. I rang my bank again today. Unfortunately the guy from the bank was not helpful. He kept on telling me that I should ring up the company but I saw from online that I have the ability to order my bank to stop any further payment. He said no and ask me to ring the company. Please help me!!!

Hi i emailed both companies and told them to cancel any further orders or take anymore money out my account, i told them i had been in touch with trading standards and on their advice i hereby want no more to do with their scam, they emailed back saying it was canclled but the two payment of £37.50 and £75 were already taken off so couldnt have it back, i went to bank and they have got the two payments now on hold and have sent me a form to fill in for the fraud team to investigate. i dont know as of yet if i will be refunded the money. hope this helps.

I signed up for this product thinking it was a four week free trial - SHOULD HAVE READ THE SMALL PRING!! I received an email saying that I would be charged £37.50 for the slimtone pills and £18.75 for the body cleanse after two weeks even though they send enough piulls for four weeks. I - and my friend - have returned the lot unopened - I do not consider two weeks sufficient time to judge whether this product is for me. (read more)

i just get mine 3days back an i open it this morning the latter in it say that they will sent more for me every 30days an i will pai about 38 every 30days bec i exep the team an condistions which i dont have a adia of an i call them an say i did not read anything like that an i dont want them to take any money of my bank agen an they give me a adress i park it all back agen an sent them back i just dont get it tral befor now its up to 40

normally very careful i signed off for the free trial both products Body Cleanser and Slim Tone plus....after reading the reviews decided to cancel it. Been down this road too, credit card people no help as charges were under £100 (2 seperate payments) if enough of us contact Watchdog, perhaps they can help ! I just sent details off to them, fingers crossed.

I requested the free trial after reading a review from some who was reporting on the internet. THIS IS NOT A FREE TRIAL. They say you only pay the postage? ya .You are sent a month supplie of tablets and some patches but on inspection of the paper work I had signed up to a monthly supply of these at a cost of £75 a month. Plus if i kept the product they had sent me "FREE" it would cost me £75. I look at the fine print on the web site and it does state it all in there but you to really... (read more)

They send a months supply yet offer 14 days free trial from the date ordered yet if they are not returned within the 14 days, they start taking money from you. I sent off for the SlimTone plus and Body Cleanse Plus using my credit card. I also ordered another Body Cleanse Plus in my husbands name by Direct Debit as I didn't think the order I put in for my own SkinTone Plus had been taken. Further to my comments above, I posted the two packets yesterday, one in respect of my husband and the other one from me. Evidently registered and recorded mail cannot be sent to a PO Box as there is no-one to sign for it at the other end, so we used Airsure at a cost of £18.76. We can track the packages through their journey and have proof that they have been sent.
I rang Slim Tone Plus and asked if I could send it to 222 Shannon Airport House. I was told that place had now been closed, so had to send it to the PO Box.
Searching the web yesterday, I found out that this company are not allowed to trade in the USA now as they used this scam there. Consumer protection don't seem interested here in the UK as it is a foreign company so I have written to the Advertising Standards Agency as I feel their advert is breaking the rules.

Yes, it is: PO Box 111, Shannon, Co Clare, Eire.
You will need an RMA number from the company if you are returning pills to them as it has to be entered on the outside of the package. They told me that without the number on the outside, they may not be linked back to my account.

I too fell for this - how on earth or why I did heaven knows, I am normally very careful. However, I was bombarded with emails and thought it looked good. Big mistake the 'FREE TRIAL' is for 14 days from the date of your order. A very misleading website STAY AWAY When the parcel arrives it contains diet pills and patches, cleverly worded at £35 per item. I too was caught out by this scam. After signing up to the allegedly 'free' trial, I received my samples seven days later. I had read the T & Cs but assumed the 14 days would start from delivery date as opposed to order date. Very big mistake. I realised what was going on when I noticed all these complaints and rang immediately to cancel my order. This is a complete and utter scam do not touch this company. Also you cannot be sure of what they are sending to you as if you cancel the free trial half the tablets have to be returned which then have to be touched by the person who sends these back making cross contamination an issue I have sent around 30 emails with no success even if you return the stuff recorded delivery it offers you no proof of posting as it is sent back to a post box therefore no signature is required making it... On the 29-Dec-2012 I ordered and purchased a trial product from Slim Tone Plus online.
I did not subscribe for any monthly product delivery and have not received any from this company since the last purchase on the 29th of December, 2012.
Recently, I have noticed that the company has been debting my account basically every two weeks without my consent which i consider to be completely wrong. I did not sign up for any direct debt with Slim Tone Plus / Body Cleanse and just don`t understand why the company is debting my account every two weeks without my permission.
I strongly do not agree to this unlawful act as it is not in line to the original agreement when I was purchasing the products for trial.
I have contacted my bank and the police on this and have also emailed the company allowing them a maximum of 24 hours to respond or reply and also to make a full refund of all the unauthorised debits whch they did on my account. This include:
16 - Jan - 2013 EUR 85 Slim Tone Plus
16 -Jan - 2013 EUR 42.50 Body Cleanse
31 - Jan - 2013 EUR 85 Slim Tone Plus
31 - Jan - 2013 EUR 42.50 Body Cleanse
TOTAL EUR 255.
