I am a good dieter, and don't have a great interest in food, and I have reached the age of 72 where no diet seems to work, so thought a shake for breakfast and lunch would be a good idea, and something light for tea. The shakes are lovely, and I would recommend them to a friend, but they did nothing for me. After a month I have not lost anything, in fact I have put on weight, it must be all that milk.
I shall now be back to salads, beetroot and runner beans.
