Looking foward to starting tomorrow hopefully can stick to it, I'm 31 and 5.1 tall weighing 10st 5lb I'm wanting to get Down to 9stone in a month for a friends wedding also I'm sick of feeling massive in my clothes and panicking every time I've got somewhere to go so I'm goin to do 60 min exersize 5 times a wk the 30 day shred so will keep you updated :)
