I started this diet Monday 10th June weighing 11st. 1. I enjoy my food so much I wondered whether I could manage with just the shakes and 3 snakes. The main goal is for my wedding in July and just wanting to feel more confident with myself and getting into a bikini for the honeymoon .
I have a shake or meal bar for breakfast, a snack before lunch then I'll have a shake. I try and leave my to snacks for around 3pm then 4pm if I can to help the hunger before evening dinner. I have started to have 1 Slimfast snack and two pieces of fruit instead of 3 Slimfast snacks every day.
Well a week on and yes it's been tough to beat off the cravings but I have stuck to it in work, stayed away from Greggs and cake! The evenings are difficult but we have tried our best to be good, it did weaken on Saturday evening and had a take away.
Weighed this morning Wednesday 19th June and I'm now 10st. 9 so really happy with that.
I do go on the cross trainer for 5-10mins a night.
This diet is not easy but it's also not hard so I'm sticking with it.
It would be great if Slimfast was on offer more in the shops.
