I have been on slimfast for about a week now and have found I have lost 4/5lbs! I am always hungry so the thought of having no breakfast and no lunch - just shakes worried me a bit. However, the shakes really do fill you up for a few hours, having my first about 9am, my second at around 1.30-2pm and 3 pieces of fruit (I find the slimfast snacks too expensive), I lasted until dinner where I would happily eat a small healthy dinner! - meat and salad or veg. The shakes are actually SO nice - I have vanilla, strawberry and banana, normally with soya milk as makes them a bit thicker and too much milk tends to disagree with me. And in Boots, with them being half price - £2.99, a bargain! a pot will last around a week. If I can lose 4lbs within a week with just a small amount of walking each day- between 20mins - 1 hour, it will work wonders with anyone who does a lot of exercise too!
