While the food is ok, be careful when things go wrong. For some reason we don't get a time slot for delivery, so we have to wait in all day, up to 8pm. Our last package was not put on the van for some reason, so we waited in all day for nothing. No compensation offered at all, despite asking. Second delivery attempt was not successful either, despite waiting again. Because we are angry at that, we would like to cancel. There is a £50 cancellation fee with 12 week contracts (this is our second consignment). Apparently it's our fault it was not delivered!!! No card put through the door by the courier, no ring at the door. This day and age its not good enough not to be given a time slot, no tracking either. They have your money and will help themselves to more whether you like it or not. I doubt we will be re-ordering. PS. after 6 weeks I have gained 600gms
