I was on the Cambridge diet back in the 80's, I lost weight and kept it off. I have put on a few extra pounds in the past years, need to lose about 5 pounds. I like the taste of the dutch chocolate, I really don't get that hungry on it, as I have always drank plenty of water. I like the convenience of it. For me, it is a little expensive now but so is everything else. I have had no side effects from it. I give it a 5 any time.
