Nearly finished week 5 of diet. Lost 26lb so far. 1st week was difficult then got easier. Have another 3 stone to loose so hoping to stick with it.Cooking for 4 boys aswell and still enjoying cooking for them. Finding the shakes/bars you like really helps.

That is Brilliant welldone. Im only on Day 4 but actually strugglng today. im drinking water like its going out of fashion. I just hope it gets easier. Keep up the good work!
