hi, i started this diet being 10 stone 5ft2 would like to be 8 but i settle for 9. at first i fount all the foods minging have learn t to like the choc shakes and chicken and mushroom soups, and this is what i stay on everyday. i have 3 sachets a day. am really tempted to cheat tonight i'm starving and really miss the chewing of dinner. i drinking the water i should just!! and not had any side affects apart from wanting food, i need to stay on this diet as my wedding dress don't fit me and off on holiday in 5 weeks.and would love to sunbathe in a bikini ( if i get to 8 stone clearly) just so worried i go through this and not loose. :(, i have two small children and cooking there dinner i'm so tempted to have a nibble, have managed not to so far. how do you people keep going??? in the morning i feel stronger to do this as i get dressed and nothing fits anymore. really could do with some help or tips. many thanks people. xx

Sorry hadn't finished typing, im on day 5,, i really needed to chew on something.. My consultant said sugar free gum was fine :) just think of how amzing you will look and feel when you've lost more weight, keep at it and good luck xx
