1st day was deffo the hardest ! felt sick and by dinner time i gave in to a heinz mushroom soup, felt so guilty ! day 2 and 3 was easier but saturday night all my mates went out for drinks and i stuck to drinking sparkling water, DETERMINATION !! havent felt hungry at all but temptation is everywhere and my boyfriend has been very supportive but i can still smell food when he cooks :(
day 4 i was sick but i reckon that was cause i didnt mix my shake properly, day 5 naughty and took a peek at my weight, lost 3.5kg which is 7.7lbs thought it wouldve been more though as others have lost up to 11lbs but i guess its not the end of the week yet.

love the chocolate shakes , vanilla and butterscotch
havent tried any soups yet but will do next week and cant wait to start the bars they sound yummy !
