For me personally this is by far the best diet I have ever done. I just wish that I had found this 20 years ago. You need strong willpower, if you don't feel strong enough or positive enough this won't work. If you do this diet is life changing. I started on the 10th Jan 2012 and stuck to it religiously for the first 12 weeks after that I now have a treat meal on a Sat night and I'm still losing. I have had a few breaks due to holidays and birthday etc. so since the 10th Jan I have lost 35.5 lb. on average losing 2lb a week, the great thing about this diet is that when you put a few pound on while on holiday, you lose it within day's which I love. Gone are the days when it takes weeks to lose it. It is tough especially when you are being asked by friends to socialise but I wanted to lose weight more, back pain and knee pain gone. I want to lose another 34lb within the next 4 months and I know I will do it. It is expensive but you do save by not picking up extra food purchases as what you buy from your Cambridge counsellor is all you can have. People around me were sceptical initially but having had some blood tests resently my iron and vitamin count came back normal. Go into this diet realistically how much do you want to lose weight? If the answer is 'more than anything' then do it, you won't regret it. :-)
