Im on my first day today ive got a banging head ach and i am so emotional i am dieing to go to the kitchen and bite in to something! However i dont feel hungery but wanted to know if il feel the same tommorrow my boyfriend and family are concerned as today ive been a different person. I have pco aswell dose this diet work ?
