On the first day I slipped in an extra banana and cream cheese on my toast and tuna.
On the second day I hate an extra slice of bread again with cream cheese and an extra apple.
I started at 75kgs (165.3) and I now woke up Day 2 at 71.5kgs (157.6). I hope to lose atleast one more kg by tomorrow or (2.2lbs) but even if its just a half kg I still lost a lot more than I would have ever expected.
I hope to have one quick break and redo it by the end of the week, followed by 4 days rest.And then try it again. My goal is 58-60kgs. For the first time it seems like its an immediate possiibility especially if I keep this up for another month. I am really pleased with this diet! :)
