This is a pub we like to visit as often as we can. There is always a great choice of 3 or 4 Real Ales plus Ciders, Lagers, Guinness(I think) and plenty of unusual Soft drinks. I love the Menu and the Specials Board and am gradually trying to eat my way through it all. Some of my friends are Vegetarians and they are always impressed by the selection they have to choose from.

Anyone can visit here and have a great time. They allow dogs in the bar. They have a family room and a Nice Dining room as well. When the weather is nice we can sit outside and eat or just have a drink and the views are spectacular.

The Atmosphere is always very welcoming. Sometimes it's very quiet and sometimes it's very busy, but the service is always great.

This is without doubt one of the best Pubs on Dartmoor and certainly one of the most traditional.
