Designed for entertainment and great connectivity, the ASUS K20CD is a great, reliable home computer. With great features like a 1TB hard drive as well as its small, stylish, compact design, it makes a small impact on your space while delivering great performance.

I Love this PC. I've added an additional 8GB ram. and it works very well. I just had cooling Fan issue after 1 year. which was solved and the cooling fan was replaced by ASUS using the onsite warranty. I am still using this and no big problem so far. you'll get the basic problem as like cooling fan issue. DVD ROM opening button issue. Audio/MIC socket issue etc. which you can get fixed on onsite warranty very easily. but it's performance is very nice in this cost.

I bought an ASUS VivoPC K20CD Desktop PC from John Lewis for £700. It lasted less than four months. It won't start Windows now, just goes into an endless cycle saying it's repairing itself and then wanting to restart itself. I thought I was buying a quality product from ASUS, but instead I end up with a piece of junk that lasted far less than cheap PCs I've bought in the past (last one lasted 5 years, and all others I've scrapped before they've failed). I'll never buy anything made by ASUS again. By the way, John Lewis guarantees are useless when it comes to computers – they are no help at all.

Have it ever crossed your mind that what happened isn't a hardware issue? Booting and cycling repeatedly are only the basic signs of a failed windows update, failed OS and other software related issues which a great company like ASUS doesn't have a control. Grow Up customer! Don't be an idiot.

Of course it crossed my mind that it wasn't a hardware issue. I followed advice and completely reinstalled Windows from scratch. It became clear it was hardware after every software solution was attempted and failed. It was eventually repaired by LetMeRepair UK Limited, who replaced the VGA card, so it was a hardware issue. So who is the idiot now?
