Following a period of ill health, I treated myself to a shopping trip to London. Purchased a beautiful dress in Selfridges costing over £100 and left it with concierge on the lower ground floor. On my return the dress was missing and customer services didn’t want to know. Ive spent a fortune call the store attempting to resolve and all Selfridges can advise is that I buy the same dress again!! Disgusting customer service and ruined my time way.
