Purchased a bag online and paid for next day delivery. It was never delivered despite me being in my property and waiting for it the whole day. Contacted customer services by phone and email. They are a bunch of jokers who don't know what the hell is going on and after 1 month I am still waiting to be reimbursed for a product that I never received. Don't use these idiots. They don't know how to resolve problems or deliver any semblance of customer service. I have had no apology and the issue is still ongoing. Use John Lewis or House of Fraser who know how to get a job done.
