First things first, the management is very bad, even if you are a good worker, they will nitpick and try to find something negative about you. Why? to assert their power. They are rude and arrogant, think they know everything when in actual fact they don't, they look stupid. NEVER EVER get a job in matalan, especially if you're teenager, the pay is shocking - so not worth it. I hope head office knows that it is the managers and not the workers who are bad, they are terrible at giving instructions.
