“Online service leaves much to be desired”

Shocking service. I was told the item would arrive 2 days following my order. and at most after 5 working days. I am still waiting. I have received no contact from the company explaining the reason for the delay. Their customer service is abysmal.

I have been to their shops and they are usually poorly organised crammed to the hilt and often have clothing strewn over the floor. For some unknown reason I had expected that their online services would have been run more efficiently but this has not been the case.

Bottom line: I would not recommend them to a friend.
