Despite attempting to correct an address error on the DPD website for an order I placed to be delivered before xmas and using the automated telephone system 5 times!!!the address is still wrong and still being delivered to the wrong address. M&S help desk is NO HELP WHATSOEVER! They cannot correct the address because it is already dispatched, they will not give a refund either. This gift will again be delivered to the wrong address and M&S will do nothing to stop it.
Do not use M&S online. I have been a loyal customer online over the years as I live in Canada and use this company for xmas gifts. I will no longer do this.
