I regularly visit M&S at Gemini in Warrington. Staff are always very friendly but are always woefully overworked. Queues to pay are always too long. The staff have so much to do. They sell goods, refund items and do online ordering all on the tills. Get some more staff so the workers can provide good customer service. After all its what is expected of M&S.
