As I am disabled and rely on others to drive me around I do a great deal of shopping online. I ordered 2 items from the M&S website to collect at my nearest store 3 days later when I knew I would be nearby. Received an email saying items were delayed by 1 day. Inconvenient but luckily my friend said swapping days was no problem. On the new given day I received another email saying due to delivery problems they would now be delivered another 2 days later. So instead of a Monday pickup from store I now have Thursday!! This is not the first time this has happened. Well guess what I have been messed about enough so won't be collecting them. Another lost sale M&S as you will be refunding my money!! If you can't deliver on time stop advertising short delivery times- people would much prefer an email saying an item is earlier than expected, rather than being later than expected.
