“Online nominated day delivery is a waste of money”

Written on: 01/09/2014 by SimonShields381 (1 review written)

Nominating a day for delivery is a waste of your time it means nothing to M&S. I order 5 items for my 87 year old mother's birthday, had them gift wrapped and arranged nominated day delivery. Having placed the order nearly two weeks before I foolishly was confident they could deliver. On the delivery day they sent a vague email saying delivery would be delayed up to 2 days. I called them and they did not have any idea when they could deliver. I called again the next day and they still could not give me a delivery time. There best offer was to refine the nominated delivery day fee. Don't trust them!
