I'm putting this review of Marks and Spencer corduroy jeggings on this website because Marks and Spencer refused to publish it on theirs, saying the reveiw did not meet their guidelines. There is nothing in it that is not true.
THEY KEEP SLIPPING DOWN, FASTNER CONTAINS NICKEL
If you wear with a belt and are prepared to keep hitching up the jeggings, they's don't look bad. However they do keep slipping down, belt or no belt, and so are very uncomfortable in that respect. I also had issues with the metal button, which contains nickel and irritated my skin so much I ended up with open sores across my midriff. I did contact Marks and Spencer about the nickel content, but did not get anywhere. They did not deny the buttons contained nickel, but said that any nickel content was within lawful limits. Not much use to the many people like me with a sensitivity to the metal. I now paint the button with nail varnish every so often to protect myself ( a tip given my by another person who had the same issue). Surely Marks and Spencer could at least include a warning about nickel content on the label? I would never have bought this item if there had been such a warning.
