Bought two different TV's from M&S in two seperate orders, totalling £750. Both showed as in stock and 1 week delivery time. Both have taken between 3-6 weeks to ship. Customer service insist this is perfectly acceptable and I should cancel my order and purchase elsewhere if I'm not prepared to wait. Delivery time information has been continously amended and slipped back and the second order is still waiting to be delivered nearly a month after purchase. Suspiciously the money has left my account already. Wouldnt reccomend their online site for any items anymore.

I also bought a TV on line from M+S, I nominated a Saturday delivery, they emailed me confirmation. Money was taken from my account on Friday which as I understand happens when goods have been dispatched. An email was sent to me at 02.15 (saturday)stating delivery delays and they would be in touch, then at 10.15am another email saying product was out of stock and they would like to assure me that no charges had been taken for this. How can they say that when clearly money had been taken the previous day. I called their help line, they say no money has been taken, they only put the money in your a/c on hold, but quite clearly this has affected the balance available in my a/c and it will take 3 - 5 working days to fix. Clearly not good enough and I can't go out and buy elsewhere as the money has gone from my a/c, there must be something illegal in all of this
