I bought a Lenovo A10_70 tablet,July 1st.2016,encouraged by 2year guarantee.
The tablet was to equip me for a 4 month Asian tour from September.
It lasted 5days in Asia, though my Kindle continued to work.
E mail communication with John Lewis was ok.
On 11th January I delivered tablet to tech.support.
I stated that I needed my tablet by 15 th February.
Two weeks later,I travelled from Yorkshire to track progress.Staff thought me impatient, but e mail to Lenovo was promised.
I wrote to request my tablet on required date.
I have been offered it, unrepaired, and can come back and try later.
I am referring my purchase to Consumer Ombudsman.
I would like to have known that they are only a delivery point for Lenovo, without any influence.
Their "guarantee" is a gimmick
