I bought a defective SONY TV from JL Southampton just before Xmas, after spending an entire day fighting their Customer Services (joke) trying to get it replaced before Xmas and hours chasing them to do something I sourced a replacement locally and got it swapped over. My mother worked for JL in Windsor many years ago and would horrified with what they have done to the Brand
