We bought an expensive bed from John Lewis which they assembled. We told them it creeks.
They make back and said they fixed it. It continued to creek. It took several calls and they came back again. They found out that the bed.....did not have all the screws!
So 2 people checked it and did not find screws were missing.
We have to wait for new screws to be delivered.
Another call for 28 minutes to someone that could not read the history of the case despite me quoting the name. She cut me off, did not call me back. I sent an e-mail and 3 days later they will organise for someone to come out.
Terrible products....BUT the worst service. I used to regular customer. I will not be buying anything from them again!!!

My children needed to fill out 2014 AU Form 1420 several days ago and were informed of a great service that has a lot of fillable forms .
