i ordered a mattress for my parents as my farther has a spinal tumor and needed a good mattress.
Paid extra for fast delivery. The next day i was called to say they had cancelled the order and i needed to reorder and pay again and was prommised as this was an ongoing technical problem of theres they woul still deliver as prommised.
Then the day after i was called again to say the order was cancelled again and i woul not get delivery, so i explained the situation and they had no record of this happening but they would investigate and call me back within an hour.
This never happend so i ordered with a better retailer and will never shop with john lewis again
