In a very short matter of fact, I have never been treated as i have trying to purchase my items on line with my card which was rejected by the JL internal security department which you can't even get through to! The managers at customer services are not helpful at all and turning down a customer who wants to buy their product by saying 'there is nothing i can help you, sorry for the inconvenience'! Will never buy anything from them again!

Over the years, I have spent thousands with John Lewis.
As you can see in my review of their on-line store however, John Lewis will no longer get my business.
Review Centre should introduce zero rating for those the few who deserve the accolade. A worst -in-class service does not merit any "star" rating.
