John Lewis seem incapable of co-ordinating deliveries and, having not delivered my goods at agreed time, are incapable of updating me as to what is going on. Completely unacceptable. It is now 2 days after failed delivery and yet no-one appears to know what has happened to my order nor able to reschedule.
