I ordered a microwave. On the last day of delivery there was no sign of the item. I called customer services and was told the item would definately be delivered tonight. It wasnt. I called again and was told there was a problem with the order and it couldnt be delivered tonight. I said I was told half an hour ago that it would be delivered and was out for delivery by the courier. According to them this meant the courier was picking it up not that I was having it delivered. I cancelled my order. Nobody seem to give a damn about the inconvenience this has causes or the sleepless days staying up for the delivery, or the lies told to me about it definately being delivered. The delivery service is appalling. Once they have your cash they dont seem to give a damn. Lying to customers is a no no for me. This is what you get for giving them your hard earned cash. A service that is non existent. I wont shop with them ever again nor recommend them to anybody bar my worst enemy.
