ordered a tv and paid for the optional installation of £55. it was duly delivered today and a signature was requested for the delivery. when I asked about the installation, was told they are just couriors.
phoned JL who said we live outside their instal area ( NO mention of this when accepting the order and full payment). sad that a once reputable company has sunk to this level
