Purchased a JL own brand when changing doors around the controls failed. Another unit sent same fault JL not interested in trying find problem.
When originally told it was made by Electrolux it slipped out it was actually a Daewoo product. Now being harassed by their finance company with threats of bad credit rating unless payment made. Could not get comapny to understand we no longer had machines and it took 5 days before they said problem would be sorted. It seems stores do not report cancellation of order to finance company.
Will not use John Lewis again as local 1 off company far superior in service
