I have orderded a double bed with mattress and after waiting 12 days they delivered me a double mattress with a single frame! They said sorry! do you want to return the bed? then: do you want to replaice the order? well you need to wait another week to get it! so i have to sleep another week on the floor with a 21 months old toddler between me and my husband!

Shameful JL you should have arranged a next day delivery for us! i will not shop JL anymore. Their accuracy is definetely not up to scratch as one time was!

yeah, stupid idiots duplicated the order and i phoned immedately to correct them. they take double payments out of my account! John Lewis are useless!
