the page is not long enough to describe my experience. all i will say is that the service from John Lewis and their customer services is an absolute disgrace to the service industry! i would never use them again or recommend them to anyone!

see the comment down below and if that doesnt put you off john lewis nothing will have shopped there for years but they certainly ARE NOT the store they used to be wheni complained they ewerent at all interest but they had had my cash hadnt they !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
