Avoid appalling customer service & returns policy

Avoid: appalling customer service, dreadful returns policy do not order anything from them
I have had a month of nightmares with house of Fraser , failed deliveries that were never attempted, click and collect that would not accept parcels, incorrect information from customer services staff resulting in Taking the time off to wait for deliveries that never came. Different stories from people never calling when they say they will breaking every customer service promise they make. 14 day return policy to credit back to your method of payment not normal 28 days so read the T&Cs carefully or better do not shop here. No adherence to consumer rights act in terms of unsuitable items and right to return in 30 days. Escalation process every call either is hours later than promised or never happens. Poor quality items, photos not representative , an appalling company
14 day return policy should be shouted about so many people will get caught out at Christmas.
