Paid extra for next day delivery tracked parcel only to discover parcel delivered to old address.was house of Fraser's mistake but they weren't interested they weren't sympathetic or willing to accept liability in the end had to drive to old property to collect ironically the lady at the house asked if they had the right address because wasn't here name courier said wasn't his problem.will not buy from house of Fraser again very poor service
