I bought a fancy and expensive dress for my stepson's wedding. When I unpacked the next day, I looked at the dress for care instructions, and discovered a four inch long ladder in it. Becsuse the Phase Eight manager wasn't there, they got a House of Fraser manager who said, and I quote,'It's your word against ours'.She went on to compare my dress to a paie of tights. Not acceptable custoner service. Very,very very disappointed.
