I used the online servive to order 3 items and paid for the goods by VISA. The money came out of my account 24 hours later.
The e mail/order confirmation said that thegoods would be available the next day after 1200, provided that I had ordered before 1700, which I had.
I went to the store in Glasgow to collect the goods only to be told that they were not available; "there was a security problem with the order". HOF contacted the warehouse at told me that the goods would be available the next day. I waited 2 days and duly went to the store. The goods were still not available. I told HOF I wanted the goods delivered to my house by first class post by Monday (a further 4 days for them). I await with interest; not optimistic.

Hopelessly organised link the store and the warehouse. Dreadful service. Avois the on-line service!!
