Purchased a bag online which broke on its first outing. 11 emails later still no joy. They clearly don't look at previous correspondence and have no intention of being any help at all. I was under the impression it was illegal not to replace faulty goods, but that doesn't seem to stop Debenhams. I will never order or buy anything from them ever again. They also removed my review for the item which lamented its poor quality. Unbelievable.
