Appaling, don't go there, ordered presents for my family for Christmas on 2nd dec , still hadn't got them on 21st so emailed customer service 3 times over next few days and got automated reply, I would have response in 5 days, Which would be 28th dec, so called customer care at my own expense(uk no) and was told id have my gifts on 27th dec, unacceptable, so cancelled my order, still waiting for my refund!!!! So if u have any sees do t even go there as I've had nothing but worry and expense after ordering on debenhams online
