ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Not a surprise to find so many negative reviews online!

I was told by a member of the online customer service team I could use a voucher I received for birthday to make a purchase online.
The customer service representative talked me through how enter the voucher information then pay the difference on a debit card.

A few days later I found the total order amount had been debited from my bank account.

I called the Debenhams customer service team and they informed me vouchers are not accepted online.

After asking for my complaint to be escalated, I was informed all calls are recorded and head office should be able to help resolve the issue.

I contacted head office who told me that NOT all of their calls are recorded and there was nothing they could do.

I will NEVER buy anything from Debenhams again and I strongly advise all to shop elsewhere!
