I was overjoyed when I had found the perfect dress I had been looking for, and was very happy to have ordered it! Unfortunately, i am incredibly annoyed that it has taken debenhams FOUR days to inform me that my order could not be fullfilled, despite them taking the money from my bank account immediately after placing the order. I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account; they took the money from my account immediately, so it should be returned just as quickly (though it should not have been taken from my account in the first place if the product was out of stock). This also happened when my Mum had ordered something before; im appalled by this service! Dont shop here, this is obviously a common occurance which wastes people's time. Go somewhere that actually has the products you purchase!
