Sent the wrong colour shoes. I returned them and eventually received a refund for the shoes but not my postage costs. BHS completely at fault but no refund in spite of my emails and calls. Impossible to get through to speak to anyone and don't forget - we pay for the calls they don't answer.
Immoral and illegal. Trading Standards need to know.
