When I wanted to return a click and collect item, I was unable to log in with the same details.
Tried to call them - no response
Tied to email them, but instead got a over complicated online form, which when I pressed send disappeared into the ether with no indication what had happened - it just dumped me back into FAQs
Still no response.
Took it back to the shop - more time and £1.50 parking.
Don't use - they seem to think that customers are there for their convenience
