I had returned an item. Since this could not be returned to a store, i posted the item on 28/05.14. Received ack. on 03/06/14 saying they have returned £30.00(the returned item price) and it will be in my account. It was in my account BUT NOT £30.00 but only £26.00. I thought it can be human error and since then contacted through email 4 times. So far not received a single ack. and still waiting for a refund. Proper cheats! I am not giving up. It is going to be escalated to a be written complaint. I have to waste some more of my time and postal charge to get back £6.00

This company is not even worth one star.
