I ordered a special pair of girls slippers from BHS. My daughter is watching the post every day for them... I also ordered a top for me. I then received an e-mail saying "We are not currently able to dispatch all of your order, but have dispatched the items available." It turns out on further queries when the slippers still haven't turned up that they are never going to send them. Why don't they say so. Now I've missed all the other sales waiting for slippers that aren't coming and mu daughter is really very disappointed since I kept saying they would porbably send them any day. I can't believe the poor communication. Rubbish.
