Ordered a suit online for my son. Paid for next day delivery. It arrived 2 days later in the wrong size. When I phoned them, they said I could re buy the suit and send the other one back, which i would get refunded for hen it was received by them, or go to my nearest store which had the items in stock (an hour drive away) and swap it. We opted to swap it in store as we needed the suit for the next week and posting would be pushing it on time. We reserved the items at this store and went to pick them up. When we arrived at the store an hour later, we were informed that not only was the item not in stock, they didnt even stock the range it was in! the staff were very rude towards us and also very unhelpful. In the end, we returned all of our order and took our custom elsewhere. Awful service!!!
