What a rip off bhs are !!!

I did an on-line order with bhs for £91.13 this order was cancelled by them with no explanation! I phoned up to enquire about this order and was told by their sales advisor that exactly the same order was now a whopping £176.00!! The girl on the phone was very apologetic and told me if I placed the order for the full amount she would INSTANTLY refund the difference of £84.87 back onto the card making it the same as the original price!!! I stupidly believed her!!!!!! This refund never happened! After numerous phone calls I was told by bhs that all calls were recorded so I could prove that this conversation happened ! Apparently now all of my calls have been traced apart from the one promising me this refund !! Again apparently there was some kind of problem with their machines during the time of my call( pretty hard to believe I know!!!!!) I have now been offered a pathetic 25% discount off this order which I declined! I have never been treated like this by any company before and and want to warn all others! Clearly bhs couldn't give a damn for their customers and don't deserve customers!!! I will NEVER shop there again and myself, friends and family have cut up store cards with them. All I can say to anyone is don't trust them and don't use them!! THANK GOD FOR DEBENHAMS ON-LINE THEY ACTAULLLY DO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!!!
